Suggest Treatment For Cramping And Diarrhea During Periods

I'm on day 3 of menstration. I do have severe cramps every few months. I have had diareaha on day one of menstration and now again on day 3. I've had precious GI problems. Recently had gallbladder removed and been 90% better. I woke this morning with severe pain on the right side of my inner leg. Close to my vagina and possibly coming from my rectum. If i press on the area between the the rectum and vagina it feels better. It feels like a severe nerve. I've never had cramping like this. So bad I had to take a pain pill. It is shooting down my leg. I can't tell if this is rectal pain or pms cramping. Should I seek medical attention?
