Suggest Treatment For Crohn's Disease

Diagnosed with crohn's, currently on remicade and everything is fine no pain at all. Although im having about a drop of blood that comes out of rectum after i have a bowel movement. When i wipe there is a sticky discharge along with a bit of blood on the toilet paper.

Im really spooked.
