Hi Im a 32 year old male just been diagnosed with cutaneous mastocytosis from a biopsy. im have the spots on my body upper legs and wrists. do I need to take things further to check if its systemic? also im also epileptic and wonder whether anti histamines are safe for me to take. thanks

It is a good idea to go for a complete check up with your dermatologist to rule out systemic involvement.In any case, keep adequate medication handy in case you need the same as an emergency measure. Please avoid the triggers and the use of antihistamines is not one of them
