Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Considering your case it seems you are suffering from plantar fascitis and injection depomedrol was given in heel area to treat it.was there any benefit after injection? Plantar fascitis occurs in patients between 30 to 50 years age and is inflammation of heel bone in weight bearing area. Soft cushion heel and anti inflammatory medication are initial treatment. If not relieved with this then injection depomedrol can be given which is effective in 90% of patients. Dose can be repeated after one month if required.
