Suggest Treatment For Cyst In The Left Ovary Of Around 26mmx25mm

I have cyst in Left ovary as per scan with internal echoes..size is arround 26mmx25mm. I had done scan during second day of period. One problem while scanning was that I urinated 15minutes before scan but drank onelitre of water. So dont know whether scan report is correct or should I scan once again???

Thank you for posting Q on HCM
Prior to USS for pelvic area- one needs to have full bladder hence you were asked to drink fluids - this will not have any effect on the USS findings though.
Cyst is fairly small in size & looks unlikely to be suggesting any sinister cause. - I still recommend re scan in 6 weeks ( from last scan date ) to check for the resolution.
