Suggest Treatment For Cyst Near Tear Duct

HI, I have what I have been told is a small cyst directly beside my tear duct for 10 days. It is slightly under the tear duct and towards the eye rather than the nose. It seems to get slightly larger and more painful later in the day, when I wake in the morning, it is almost gone. I have been told to alternate hot and cold compresses, been put on oral antibiotic, and topical antibiotic for the inner part of the eye. Any other thoughts or suggestions?

cyst for cure is to be operated. it appears to be having accumulation of fluid inside which is going out with pressure. if it create obstruction then it needs operation
