Suggest Treatment For Cyst On Ovaries

I have a cyst on my ovaries and I aldo have Disfunctional uterian bleeding this all has came since I had the Mierena removed a year and half a go the last two days I have been bleeding exclusively followed by golf ball size clits or bigger npw I am having pains in my right side I feel it cam be 3 things either my cyst ruptured maybe a miscarriage or just the symptoms from the DUB please help O am not sire what to do

Hello

It is important to now whether cyst is simple or complex and size of cyst.Ovarian cyst generally only require follow up ultrasound.
You may need latest ultrasound of pelvis.
You may need clinical evaluation and few investigations like tumour markers CA 125(it will exclude malignant causes) .
Simple ovarian cyst may require treatment if it cause symptoms,size increases or there is infection in the cyst.
Complex ovarian cyst also undergo spontaneous resolution.
You may need endometrial biopsy as have history of abnormal bleeding.
You may need to continue medicines if DUB is confirmed.
