Suggest Treatment For Cyst Under Right Testicle

Hi, i have had a cyst under my right testicle for some years now, doctors said it was just a cyst and nothing to worry about, but it does discharge sometimes, clear discharge but still the same and hasn'['t yet gone away.. plus yesterday and today i have a had a slight dulling pain in my right testicle, what could this be? Am i okay?

Please post a clear history, not the confusing as your history is saying that there was a cyst on the the testicle which the Doctor told you not a to worry about.
Now you say that it discharges sometimes. Does this mean that there is a fistula from the testis / cyst to the exterior of the skin.
Then this is a fistula and the commonest cause is tuberculosis.

I would advise you the following:
Excision of the tract, the cyst and the area nearby, send the specimen for histo-pathology to get a confirmed diagnosis and get the proper treatment as per the history.
