My picc line has been out for almost 4 months, now I have a large green pimple in the old site, also if I palpate the area it feels like the is a cyst under it. It is tender at times. I have no swelling, fever. I had the pimple popped and squeezed out until is was bleeding and no more signs of green discharge, but its been 4 days and I can still feel it under my skin at the site and is tender at times?
