OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cystic endometrial hyperplasia is a benign condition which is present due to hormonal changes in perimenopausal women. The treatment is cyclical progesterone, preferably medroxyprogesterone acetate( meprate).
I would suggest you to take meprate cyclically under the supervision of an OBGYN specialist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
