Suggest Treatment For Dandruff Problem

hi, i lived uae 4 month i have a dandruff problem from last 4/5 years n its heavy n its become more heavy in winters, due to summer in dubai i got sunburn (i guess) in my forehead it was slightly white 5 months ago but from last 3/4 days im feeling its going bigger n now i realized its coz of dandruff im so worried about my skin , i put lots of oil in my hairs and as well on my face (using baby oil for face) i want to get rid of that spots its look wired ,plz help me i have to put oil evey day for that

Hi,

Dandruff also called seborrheic dermatitis of scalp is a chronic relapsing condition. I can understand your concern for dandruff. It may be frustrating condition. Avoid stress and anxiety related with dandruff. You may consult dermatologist for perfect treatment.

After thorough examination he might suggest antifungal, steroid in tappering dose,folic acid...etc. And mild steroid with antifungal lotion application may be considered. Shampoo of ketoconazole with salicylic acid may be used for shampooing the scalp. You may get good result after few weeks. Have patience.
