Suggest Treatment For Dark Brown Colored Stools And Pains In Buttock Area

Hi my name is Barbara, my stool in dark brown in color and is very griddy with large pieces but not forming a stool. I am also in pain and a burning in my bullock area and it is very tender and painful. There seems to be a lot of parasites in this dark chocolate brown runny stool.

Noted the history of dark brown colored stools, pains in buttock area, in large pieces, pain and burning in buttock area, very tender and painful, there seems to be lots of parasites in this dark chocolate brown runny stools.
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be related to the foods you eat and the beverages that you take, the color alone is not indicative of anything specific unless accompanied by some symptoms which you have namely burning and pain.
This means there is an infection of the intestinal tract.
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of stool and blood for lab.Get started on a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotic.
Also take probiotics.
Have Sitz bath twice daily , keep the area dry and aerated.
