Suggest Treatment For Dark Hairy Arms In A Child
My seven year old girl has very hairy arms all the way around to her back, she is half hispanic so they are very dark too? She's being teased at school and wears a coat in 70degree weather so no one can see them. What can I do to lighten the color or get rid of her hair?
