Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be a melasma or a freckle. You should go for application of kojic acid preparation along with regular sunscreen application. Sunscreen such as Sunmate SPF 30 gel cream should be applied over whole face at 8 AM, 11 AM and 2 PM. Sunprotection is the main treatment for hyperpigmentary disorders along with depigmenting agents such as Kojic acid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
