Sir my name is adithya sir my body colour is some white but from neck part my skin is very black sir i am felling very sad to to be like this . At neck and four head my skin is complete black so please help me to become aome fair like my body colour

Hyperpigmentation specially over forhead and neck may result due to the usage of oils like mustard oil, amla oil or any other oil with fragnance....i suggest you to prefer bland coconut or olive oil without any smell...i think this would help.
