Suggest Treatment For Dark Pigmentation Surrounding My Cheek And Eyes

hello doctor..I have dark pigmentation surrounding my cheek and eyes area.. can i apply triglow TM cream of Glanmark to reduce this pigmentation? My age is 43 years and i am 5.3 ft in height. apart from my chin and area surrounding the mouth i do not have any pigmentation. This discoloration of skin is troubling me. please help me

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Triglow TM cream contains Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Fluocinolone Acetonide and it can be used for a short period of time after consultation with a Dermatologist..
It can be used for a short duration of time as it contains steroid and long term use of steroid can lead to more of side effects than benefits..
You can also use other depigmentation agents like creams containing Kojic acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
Azelic acid containing creams are also helpful.
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
You should also exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
Keep yourself well hydrated, take multivitamin supplements and a nutritious diet..
You can also go for chair side treatments at the dermatologist clinic like Photofacial, galvanic facial, chemical peeling etc..
