Hi, For the past year or so i have been getting bruise-like coloured dots that have gotten anywhere from a balltop pins hole size to approx 5 cents coins (australian coins). they itch when they start to become very dark purple and then open up into holes in my skin like pits and are very painful when the holes are making contact with anything but they are developed all the way through the skin. my doctor just tells me to cover them with a band aid or something and then they will go away but lately they haven't, they are just staying as holes and not filling.. i now have 3 at one time on my chest. 1 is about the size of a (balltop on a pin) hole and another slightly bigger and the last almost the size of a 5 cent coin. im very worried, as i dont want to end up getting bone cancer from having open wounds all the time. What are they?? Please help!! i just want them to go away once and for all.
