It is efficient in reducing pigmentation in a short duration of time but steroid containing creams has side effects and burning sensation is one of the side effect that you are facing.. I would suggest you to immediately stop using the cream and in case if there is any other side effects like rashes, pimples, itching, pigmentation etc, you will have to keep patience and can take anti allergics like benadryl.. Do cool compresses over the face.. Gradually the side effects will start weaning off and then you can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing face wash.. Apply creams containing Kojic acid,glycolic acid and arbutin.. Apply Vitamin E gel.. You can also exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub.. Take Vitamin C supplements..
