Suggest Treatment For Dead Pain In Left Side Of The Chest?

I have a dead pain in left side of chest.... worsens at night and my throat/ windpipe constricts ... very tired and worn out with normal tasks... out of breath easily, cough for over a year .. heart races after exertion... cant lie on left side and sometimes not on back either

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion, you should first get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases.
If both these are normal than possibility of lung related causes like bronchitis or asthma is more.
So consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis or asthma.
If it shows obstructive airway defect than you will need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs are also useful in your case.
Don't worry, you will be alright but first rule out cardiac diseases.
