Suggest Treatment For Deafness After Typhoid Infection

hello i have a patient here female actually he is suffering from deafness in his childhood he hear and speaks for two years but after that she suffered from typhoid and her ability to speak and hear gone down now she can only hear strong noises and got very flat voice is she curable

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a female patient who was listening and speaking normally till the age of 2 years, but got typhoid in that age and got reduced hearing and ability to speak.
This needs to be investigated by the following:
Audiometry test
MRI and CT combo-study of the brain and the ears.
Clinical evaluation by the ENT Surgeon Audiologist and speech therapist.

If the study indicates Cochlear implants followed by speech therapy might help the best and there is a hope that she can hear and speak better than before.
