Suggest Treatment For Defect In Proximal Septum

there is a small size,mild severity defect in the distal anteroseptal Wall and ápex.It is fixed on the GE software and partially reversible on OPS there is a médium size severe fixed defect in the proximal septum c-w short septum.I had testicular cáncer with metastatic.

Thanks for your query, carcinoma testis with metastasis, having nasal septum deviation with nasal obstruction can be managed with medications like decongests and anti allergic. if the deviation is gross and symptoms hampering day to day life, needs correction. evaluate first.
