Suggest Treatment For Defect In The Vision

i bumped my right eye area into a counter top (my eyes were closed at that moment so i don t know where the exact impact was) and now my eye doesn t focus well and is really sensitive to light. When I view things from a distance everything is fine, when i try to focus on closer things, my eye starts to act spastic and I feel quesy. It has been two days and overall it s getting better. No bruising around the eye so I can t tell if there s any damage. It just feels weird to see double vision sometimes. Should I just let it heal or do I need to visit a doctor? I can t really afford one right now. I m kicking myself for the stupid mistake but too embarassed to tell anyone. I can feel some tightness around my eye (like the muscle or something)
