Suggest Treatment For Deformed Leg Caused After Severe Burn

I have a deformed left foot as a result of severe fire burn about ten years ago. Could there be some form of help out there as I have been struggling to have my foot corrected with no success to date. I am 44 years old, 75kg and 170cm in height. I sustained the injury on 1st September 1999.
