Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Disc Disease

hi I am currently in a lot of pain. I know I have a dehydrated disc from mri but what really seams to get me is when I have an episode my back in that area will have muscule spasm and I cant even move. really cant move. what can be done to fix this problem?

Degenerated disc causes mechanical instability and derangement of Spine joints causing pain.also it can cause hearneation and root compression.
Treatment includes fixation of joints and decompression. Consult spine surgeon.
