Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Disc Disease

Hi. My name is Cristian and i am from Budapest,Hungary. I was diagnostized with degenerative disc disease about 6 month ago in my lumbar spine. Abot 2 weeks ago i have a cervical spine mr and i have the same problem but here i have modic 1-2 degeneration, C VI herniated disc with compresion,in C V herniated disc the same in C III. And in C V and C VI are difuse oedema.....in the lumbar spine also i have oedema. The doctor says that it isn t a problem and this is ONLY a degenerative disc disease. Please tell me if i sould worry about this oedema or there it coul be more problem and my doctor didn t see it? Sorry for my english

Here you have tried well to explain. But I am sorry it's not very clear. What I understand is you have disc degeneration problem in lumbar as well at cervical spine with some disc bulge in cervical spine and edema near to it. I suggest to continue with medication and do use hot and cold pack regularly. it will help you to give relief form inflammation and edema. Apart from this I suggest to reduce degerative process naturaly take more of omega 3suppliment with vitamins E. And also visit a Physiotherapist. they will guide you with the exercise program for your issue as well also can do ultrasound therapy to reduce the inflammation in soft tissue.
I am sure you will be fine if you follow all above steps and still if you have doubt take secondary opinion of another orthopedic doctor.. Take care.
