Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

As such I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy atleast 20 days after the date of your ovulation.
In case of any doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for antispasmodic like Dicyclomine for your pain in abdomen.
Please take any other medications only after you confirm about the pregnancy and that too with consultation from your Gynecologist.

Duphastone tablets support early pregnancy even before missing a period. So ovulation induction medicines and Duphastone is not going to effect pregnancy results.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
