I am suffering delayed ejaculation problems while intercourse no ejaculation. when masturbating alone it is very easy to get ejaculation while infront of my partner taking time and strain. . i have very high eosnophils count in blood . So pls help me get sathisfaction.

And I understand your concerns but please get a blood test for blood glucose level including fasting and postprandial together with a blood test for HbA1c level to exclude diabetes which can cause such problem.
