my mom has slight dementia, she has some weakness and pain in her right arm, she fell in bathroom and had some dirr eha with some trouble with thinking people took her somewhere, I want to take to dr she said no, I am worried about heart condition or hydryation.

I do understand your concern

“As” per her clinical history is concerned she needs a physical examination to rule out any neuro deficit and if present then go for a MRI scan. So take her to any doctor now and start treatment soon.
