Suggest Treatment For Depression And Anxiety

Hi. For the past week now I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety attacks...or what I thought were anxiety attacks, and now I feel weird like I'm not even here and I looked up symtoms for depression and I had everyone of them. I don't know if its anxiety or depression?

sometimes depression and anxiety may have combine etiology and combine features.

Anxiety features are sweating, shaking, increase heart rate, palpitations etc.

Depression features are like low mood and lost of interest in activity.

Sleep problem etc.

This kind of condition can be treated with SSRI means escitalopram/sertraline/peroxetines etc.

Drug selection can depend on symptoms that you have.

anxiolytic like etizolam can help to reduce anxiety attack.


So do consult psychiatrist and get help.
