Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have depressive symptoms like persistent stress, poor sleep, fear of dying in sleep, difficulty in breathing, irritable mood etc. These symptoms can occur due to severe health anxiety though detailed evaluation is needed to make final diagnosis. For such symptoms relaxation exercises like progressive muscle relaxation exercises, breathing exercises can prove useful.
Medicien like Escitalopram, Sertraline etc which are antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs can help to reduce symptoms.

Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
