Suggest Treatment For Deranged TSH Levels In Thyroid Profile
Hi,
My spouse has been detected of thyroid and the latsest reports say that the TSH count is 150.... which read 100 close to 15 days back.
He face is generally swollen specially around the temples.
I have a lot of queries around diet plan to be followed, exercise regime etc, but to start with want to know the immediate next step to be take.
He is not under any medication at the moment.
Some advice/guidance is deeply appreciated.

U should start him on thyroxin after consulting from a practicioner .then only u can think about diet and exercise.
