Hi Dr,
I am a male 27. There has been some increase in my estrogen levels and developing manboobs. I got the test again and the results now are normal and my endocrinologist dr says that she don't want to prescribe any estrogen blockers as they might have side effects. I am not having too much weight also my BMI is normal. Please suggest as to what to do

you have not mentioned the duration of your gynecomastia (male breasts)
if its of lesser duration , its fine to take oral medicine.
tamoxifen is the most common medicine prescribed.
if it is of longer duration, go for plastic surgery.
