Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Pain And Bloating

Hello,I ve been having problems with my digestion the past week. Last night after my meal I experienced a lot of pain in the abdomen along with chills and bloating. I ve never been bloated like this. I ve also been having diarrhea. I am so uncomfortable and hurting. There are a lot of noise coming from my abdomen and I feel nausea. Should I consult or will this go away on it s own? I had a light soup today and can t seem to put food in my body.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms are due to dyspepsia then it is nothing to worry but if this is the due to infection then it may required medicine and to confirm this better to wait couple of days and it will be fine if the symptoms remains as it is then it could be infection and it that case you can try Ofloxacine with Tinidazole twice in a day for three days hope this information helps.
