Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Painful Constipation

hello. i have been experiencing extremely painful constipation in the past few months, alternatively with diarrhea episodes. i have noticed that when i go to the bathroom my whole body is shaking as well. last time i went i couldnt move my hands. i do not know if this is just related to pain or something else

Hi, Alternate diarrhea with constipation is a serious problem. You have to get yourself examined by surgeon and should undergo colonoscopy.Till then you can try some lexatives and increase fibers in your diet .
