Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting
Today I woke up and an hour into getting ready suddenly had the urge to puke. After I got back into bed I slept for another three hours but then had extreme diarrhea on top of vomiting. All of this started roughly 24 hours ago and I feeling better, but my legs ache so much I can't get to sleep, is there anything I can take without upsetting my stomach again?

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting then it may be due to dyspepsia, viral infection, and other but it is the self limiting just care needs to be taken for hydration, if the symptoms long last then it may needs treatment accordingly else no need to worry about this, care need to be taken in diet, hope this information helps.
