Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting
this morning my husband had watery stools and was vomiting which was light brown in color, he has a temp of 101.4 even after fever reducer. the loose stools have almost stopped and he has not vomitted for a while. however he is complaining of his neck,back, throat and legs and head hurting. should he be checked out at the er?

You can use oral rehydration solution (ORS-Electral)available over the counter.
Don't stop eating or drinking due to fear of diarrhea. Body will treat the situation on hits own.As diarrhea is the mechanism to thrown out the infection out of body.
However if diarrhea continues for more than two days with fever , vomiting and abdominal pain, you should take him to doctor.He may needed some IV drip and antibiotic.
