Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Bloated Stomach And Head Ache

started with diarrohea on 25 June whilst in Egypt, still suffering now and have been back home 4 days, metalic taste in mouth, foul smelling stools, bloated stomache, really bad headache, and unusually high blood pressure (nomally low) constant diarrohea, apetitie disappeared on holiday but is back now, have been to doctor and awaitng outcome of stool test. any ideas what could be wrong? feel so lethargic
