Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Constipation, Abdominal Pain And Nausea
Thanks, 3 day ago, and again today, feeling I needed a bowel movement....I could only pass gas, and with some diarrhea....accompanied with very weak legs, nausea, abdomen pain, and clamy face and head. I ve taken a stool softener, should that help pass any blockage. Thoughts?

Which stool softener you are using? Is there any improvement after using stool softener? Eat high fiber diet and do regular exercise. Drink plenty of water.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use Metamucil or Benefiber for bulk formation of stools. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.
