Hi i have a temp of 38.5oC for 5 days now without it going down. bad cough with daark green phelghm.bad aches and pains.sinuses blocked and very painful.stomach cramps with alternating constipation and diarrorhea.taking painkillers and decongestant with no benefit

Dear you may be suffering from bacterial Lower respiratory tract infection with stomach infection or gastritis.
Avoid smoking and cool drinks and freeze water. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
Use bronchodilator with expectorent under your doctor guidence.
