Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea In A Child
my son is four and last Thursday he started having horrible green diarhea which happ ened at school and got all over his clothes. He still has a green stool, its not as loose anymore but he has had a fever bouncing from 99to 102 for 24hrs now. I've given him two doses of childrens tyenol to help the fever. He doesn't want to eat much but he will drink milk and water.

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Continue paracetamol for fever , repeat 6 hourly if require . Give him very light , easily digestible diet and plenty of liquid / ORS to maintain hydration . Don't force him to eat . And also give any probiotic sachet daily for 5 days for loose green stool .
