Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea , Vomiting And Fever

My son had a sudden vomiting and dhariya then fever, with the medicines the vomiting and fever stopped after one day, the dhariya is better but not yet normal, i did for hom the widal test, everything was negative except the typhi H is positive Titre 1/80, does it mean he has tiphoid although he doent have its symptoms . thanks.

Dear- thanks for using our service.The finding of positive typhi goes in favor of an infection from this organism. It is good that they were able to isolate titers from his stool sample because that will help him to get a better antibiotic treatment and a faster cure. He will need a very good hydration to avoid complications from the infection and the antibiotics.
