Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea With Leg Pain

I have had diarrhea for over 72 hours. The first two days I slept all day and could barely eat. Now I am ok enough to go to work but I have this weird leg pain ( not cramping). I am stil having diarrhea and feel like it should be gone. I am only eating bananas, crackers, apple sauce and toast.
