As per your complain the symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting with low grade fever can be most commonly due to Viral Gastroenteritis also known as Stomach flu.. You can be advised fluid replacement therapy like drinking oral rehydration solution to prevent dehydration and recover electrolyte imbalance caused due to diarrhea.. You can also be advised to take a light diet.. You should maintain proper hygiene and always wash your hands before eating.. Take ample of fluids. Take ample of rest..
