Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having diarrhea 6-10 times/day might be related to:
- food intolerance
- inflammatory bowel disease
- bowel infection
- cholecyst issues

Further tests are needed to determine the right cause:
- abdominal ultrasound
- PCR
- examination of stool for ova/parasite
- culture of feces
- colonoscopy

With regards to gaining weight, it might be related to medications you have been using or your diet.

Kidney function test is also recommended to exclude kidney problems that are associated with water retention.

Cardio-vascular problems should be also ruled out to rule out water retention due to heart or liver issues.

All the best!
