Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea
I am a 41 year old female yesterday i was steadily going to bathroom with diarrhea now today i noticed my pee orange and today is having trouble using the bathroom. I have cramps and can t keep anything down throwing up . I have been having problems with my bowels for a long time .

You have developed acute gastroenteritis for which I will suggest you to take plenty of fluids and electral powder to prevent fluid or electrolyte insufficiency. Start a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin 200mg twice a day for 3 days. Take some antispasmodic for abdominal cramps like drotavarine
