i really don't know whats wrong with me, Since before Christmas i have had diarrhea and i still do! it has not gotten better it only has been getting worse.
With the diarrhea i also have pain in my upper stomach above the belly button, i just recently have been starting to feel nauseated there's also pain in my left side when i touch it it kind of feels like there is some inflammation there..Every single time i go to my family doctor he just says it is my diabetes. he doesn't look at any other things i have wrong with me i don't know what i can do can you help me ?

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take over the counter option like Imodium.
-Take probiotics.
-Eat healthy, consumer fibers.
-Drink liquids.
-Do a stool test to confirm the cause of the symptoms continue.
