I Had severe diarrahea Saturday, yesterday fine. I didn't eat much breakfast today
And had late lunch with a headache immediately following.(prob due
To eating late. In the afternoon my muscles starting aching eyes burning
And return of headache with stomach tightness.

most diarrhea will clear in 1-2 days. the BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) is usually recommended. If that does not work, there are many over the counter medications you can try.
