hi . thx for ur online servises . my question is that i hv son of 4 mnth he is usually no problem of breathing but during night time his nose usually sounds like dry cough , i dnt know the right words hope u understand i mean he is having breathing peoblem during night , please suggest me some thing which i do to relieve him ,,, thx

I think you should start steam inhalation. If the child is a mouth breather, then you should visit the ENT doctor for evaluation.
