Hallow Dear,
I could not understand from your history which tablets you have been prescribed. If you inform me the details about the medicines by asking me Direct question, I can guide you more.
From your weight, I feel you could be having
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Please report to your Gynaecologist for its work up. Blood levels of FSH& LH initially will guide us in making the diagnosis.
Please get ovulation monitoring done by
ultrasonography. if you are not ovulating, you may require
ovulation induction.
PCOS is a condition wherein along with a ovulation, there is high insulin level and high androgen levels. Initially Clomophene citrate tablets may be tried for induction of ovulation. Support of Myo-inocital will help having better results. This medicine also helps to control high insulin and high androgen levels. If Clomiphene citrate fails, you may have to take gonadotrophins.
Also check patency of your genital tract by
Hysterosalpingography and/or
Laparoscopy.
please get your husband's semen examined.
After these investigations, we can plan further managements.
