Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Concentrating Despite Taking Vyvanse

I can not concentrate in class or while doing my homework. I was prescribed Vynase (sp?) 30mg. It worked at first but for only a couple of hours. I believe my adhd is more severe than I originally thought. I am 44 female weigh 180 and am going back to school for my bachelors degree.

I think you are troubled with ADHD. Treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has two important components — psychotherapy interventions (for both the child and the parents; or the adult with ADHD) and medications. There is a significant amount of research demonstrating that medication alone won't help address all of a patient's attention. So Psychotherapy is needed.
